"I didn't know where to start as I don't wear athletic shoes often and they all look the same to me but i know theyre not. A gentleman named Aaron approached within minutes and asked if I needed help, amd although busy, he explained what was good for my foot type, measured me, spoke about pronation of the foot, types of foams and densities, and he didn't just try to make a sale and went that extra mile, which is rare and refreshing these days. A1 service! Overall I'll be coming back to this location from this experience and recommend this location for your shoe needs and very reasonable prices especially if yoi catch the BOGO deal, in addition to the amazing comfort. Keep up the good work Aaron and staff, (everyone was so nice), and thanks for the tips sir! Both shoes feel great!!"

"Beware before going to this particular Skechers store in Sterling, VA. I went there to return a pair of shoes because they were not the correct fit. The store manager (Male wearing black cap) was such a racist and super rude. He firstly refused the return stating that the shoes is not from Skechers even after showing the complete receipt. The receipt matches with Shoes. I had bought the shoes from a different Skechers store. He told me that he can't accept returns for the shoes purchased from other Skechers store which was surprising to me. He then threatened me and treated me like an untouchable person who has some transmissible disease. I went there at 8:15 PM and store closes at 9 PM. I don't know why would Skechers hire such a person who doesn't know anything about customer service and even go an extra mile to harm the Skecher's reputation. I would never buy anything from Skechers."

"Very friendly staff and energetic. I went on Wednesday afternoon and the store was very empty. There are lots of shoes to choose from. I needed extra wide fit and was happy to see that they had plenty in stock. Finding 2 pairs was difficult, though, so I could get 50% off on my 2nd pair. The store's layout is superb. Everything is in its place and easy to see and get to. It's not at all cramped in there like other shoe stores. I was finally able to find a second pair that matched my style, and I left with a smile on my face. I'm from out of town, but next time I'm in the neighborhood, I will swing back by."

"Well-organized and clean Skechers store with friendly staff. Good selection of shoes and well-stocked with all the sizes we were looking for. Prices are decent and they run regular sales. You may get lucky with clearance shoes, but I haven't noticed them to be much better than when you buy full priced on sale."
