"RRT Racing definitely knows their stuff about BMWs. I had my 2002 BMW 540i in a for a brake master cylinder replacement and it kept throwing abs errors after the replacement. They persisted on root causing the issue, resolved it, and didn't charge for the weeks of additional time needed to fully diagnose and resolve the problem. James and team are fantastic."
"When you find an auto shop that does great work, is efficient, and has given every indication that they are honest - that’s a win. A friend suggested I take my X5 to RRT and I am so glad he did. I’ve had a few issues that they’ve helped me with - and one that I initially thought would have been a very expensive repair only to have them tell me the fix required an inexpensive part and I was good to go. I felt like James (the customer service lead I have consistently worked with) was happy for me that it wasn’t a hugely expensive repair! When does that happen? No one likes taking their car to the shop but it’s much less painful when you know the work will be solid and they are doing only what is needed. I highly recommend RRT and shoutout to James for being great to work with!"
