"This place was exactly what I needed to get back into snowboarding as an adult. I came in on the Friday afternoon following the first snowfall of the year looking ti get a last minute full setup. Some guy asks what I’m there for and I tell him and he walks me through all the board types, asks my experience, where I’ll use it etc. Same for boots and bindings. So knowledgable and happy to help. Turns out it was the owner Pat who was helping me. I feel like I received a professional board fitting at no cost. Road the setup the very next day and it all felt great."
"Super helpful and great experience here! Was in for some new snowboard boots today and was helped out by Forrest. Very busy in the store today yet everyone was very attentive to and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed at all throughout the process of trying multiple pairs and my requests (brands, sizing, foam inserts, price point) were all met/listened to. I was also given some great tips to ensure the longevity of my boots. God tier customer service. Thanks so much yall!"
"Been coming to this shop for decades. Always the best selection and decent prices. Get my board and skis tuned here every few seasons. Pat got got new boots adjusted and fitted to my ole fashion skis with ease and quickly. Fantastic knowledge and customer service. Highly recommend this place to everyone."
"Like this place a lot. I have been part of their gear swap events every beginning of winter and had swapped number of items - boots, poles, ski. Great idea to score some good condition gear or make somebody else happy with yours. The store has great variety of winter gear and tennis/skate stuff for the summer. I used their tennis racket stringing service and ski maintenance and am very happy with both. Friendly staff is always around to help you with your choices. Highly recommend the place."
