"The Kohl's in Leesburg is one of my favorite clothing stores. It is well laid out and well stocked with lovely clothes in great seasonal colors, not frumpy clothes in drab colors. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not pushy. The checkout was quick and friendly. The checkout person always asks if you want a Kohl's credit card, but does not pressure you if you say no. All in all a great place to browse and buy clothes and other personal items and home appliances and furnishings."

"I like this store and the selection. The sales are great. But the cashiers are so aggressive about applying Kohls credit card every time I shop there it colors my view of the entire experience. I must politely decline the credit card offer multiple times and yet the cashiers continue to pressure me, first showing me how much I will save, then looking at me like I'm a complete idiot for not applying for the card. (Even though I explain I don't want the credit check) Then comes the guilt tactics. Then again with the, "Are you sure? It will only take a minute." They ask four or five times. This last time I could literally overhear another cashier doing this simultaneously to another woman in line and after we checked out we commiserated about our pressury checkout experience outside the store. Seriously? Is this the experience you want for your customers? Management should give the cashiers a break and take their quotas away. They should just get the credit for asking customers to sign up and maybe they wouldn't feel they need to pressure the customers so much."
