"This was my worst shopping experience in the Baltimore area! We asked the girl to help us get a shirt down and she just look at us and then went back to doing what looked like absolutely nothing. So we looked around until we found a garment hook and got down the shirt we wanted...found another shirt that was marked down to $14.99 which in Jimmy Jazz is a steal! A pair of jeans completed our shopping, and made our way to register where the girl doing nothing had found something else to. Another boy came from the other side of the store looked at the register and then decided to sit on the corner and sort sale tags. She asked him to help her and he said "No". After ten minutes or maybe longer, she came to ring us up. She had a fowl attitude and was rude the entire time. She rang up the marked down shirt for 19.99...which is still good but not the sale price clearly marked on the shirt. She tells us no its 19.99. I tell her it says 14.99, and all the other ones say the same thing. She continues to be smart and argue. So we left without the shirt. I'm not paying more for a shirt that's clearly marked down! We will never shop in another Jimmy Jazz especially in security mall!"
