But that security guy is very protective, spoiled, he likes it. Abusing the woman Talking mean to her so I will never go to the mecy again because there is that security who are spoiled"

"Macy's stores are always clean, spacious and organized. It's also empty, Why? Could it be customer service, have you seen an employee other than perfume section. Can you ask a question, anyone around? Attractive Displays where, everything folded Skip the labor unfold refold. Maybe the shoppers would like to hear what's on sale and or a little music. Maybe a visible guard. Maybe a Senior discount, they buy for every age. Signs for products so that you don't have to take escalator to see what's on another floor."

"My experience was AWESOME!!! I had more items to return, Aaron from the Security Mall Macy's was the most courteous, patient, funny and knowledgeable one at the register. He is always very pleasant, he assisted the other agents at the same time. when I tried to pull my order number on my phone he was patient, The first go round didn't work, he walked me through and was quick to figure out another way to go. I thought he was a manager. He said he wasn't but he definitely should get that promotion... THANKS AARON!!!"

"Shot out to Mary Brown Stylist!! Need an upgraded. Some management need to be replaced for micro management and almost harassment. Theft is high need a police security team!! Carpet smell like mildew and is extremely dirty. Bathrooms are flooded and broken . Flash theft! Selections look like a flea market At Security. Go to Towson or Columbia Mall!!!!
