"I had a full roof replacement done after a wind storm blew a section of shingles off of my roof. RJ was very responsive from the first phone call through the full installation (it was just about a 4 week process from wind storm to new roof). They tarped the section of missing shingles within a day or so, dealt with my home owners insurance and insurance adjusters. I was always in the loop, communication was above and beyond what I was expecting. The installation itself was quick, my yard was completely cleaned up and I am very satisfied with the final result.
