"The staff were using profane language and carrying on personal conversations while customers were in the store. I felt very uncomfortable. I was greeted when I entered the store, but no one came to assist me after. I found a pair of shoes I liked, but wasn’t sure if they had my size. I would have purchased a pair of shoes, but when I heard the staff members cursing and carrying on amongst themselves I decided to leave. One of the staff members who was not a person of color used the n-word when speaking with another staff member. I will not be back."
"So we took my grandson fir shoes at your store. I asked them to measure his foot. I have never in my life seen anyone measure a foot so poorly. Then we picked out one shoe after another and of course none were in his size until we got up to the really expensive ones. For as much as you want to sell shoes you could at least keep in stock a more tween size selection. My last trip to your overpriced, unhelpful store."
