"We completed our kitchen renovation in May of 2023. The completed project exceeded our expectations! Rosa and Francisco planned the project precisely based on our desire. Working with Francisco and a crew of technicians was always pleasant, from removing floor and wall from a 1970s home to installing cabinets, countertops, and a sink. I appreciate his endeavor to resolve the sink drain and arrange and install appliances. We are enjoying a new clean kitchen and a delightful project memory. "Yaniel's Renovation totally redid our basement from a rundown 70's look that was dark and dingy to a beautiful modern bright and vibrant office/master that we absolutely love. I was nervous because of the horror stories that we've all heard when it comes to some contract companies, but it didn't take long before I was totally satisfied and grateful with my choice. Everyone was awesome and I felt very comfortable having them in my house with my wife and small children. We were happy to have the work complete, but in a way sad that the daily conversations would be over (until next time). They were fast and the work quality was great. While on site they worked with a purpose rather than wasting hours playing on their phones. For lunch one of them leaves to grab food for everyone while the others work. Then when lunch comes, they eat and are right back at it a half hour later rather than making it a 1–2-hour process (one of the reasons they finished ahead of schedule). I'll be using them in the future, as they are good working respectable people that were a pleasure to work with."

"Yaniel's Renovation transformed the back of our basement from a rundown 80's mess to a nice new laundry and storage area. They moved the washer and dryer from an undesirable location to a more easily accessible one. Purple walled pictures are obviously the finished ones, original pictures have the wooden paneling and old 80's cabinets. They were fast and the work quality is good. I'll definitely be scheduling more work with them soon."
