"DONT SHOP HERE. THEY LIE. I spent $80 and bought two light fixtures and before purchasing them I contemplated on it as I have never installed them before. The woman working (gray brown curly hair) told me that if I couldn’t figure out how to install them I could bring them back for a store credit. So today I went to do that and she was rude, cut me off as I was talking, and just assumed I wanted my money back. I explained to her I did not and that I wanted a store credit as she had previously offered and she asked why I was bringing it back I said “I didn’t work out for me” she wanted me to elaborate and I told her my landlord would not let me install them- did not let me finish talking as I would have told her I TRIED TO and could not figure it out HENCE why I asked my landlord for help and we COULD NOT INSTALL THEM. This woman, the exact same woman who said I could bring them back for a store credit, told me “sorry I said if they didn’t work I would take them not if your landlord wouldn’t let you install them”. Which is NOT what she told me!!! I WOULD NEVER have bought them in the first place if I had known I couldn’t return them if I couldn’t install them??? She offered to let me return them for a store credit then acted like that wasn’t what she told me. $80 down the drain and two big light fixtures I can do nothing with. It’s disgusting and sad, as this place has many cool things but I will NEVER shop here again unless this is resolved appropriately and if there is management above her I would appreciate being contacted about this, if not please do better. I’m so upset that I don’t feel comfortable shopping here anymore. I will unfortunately be telling my family and friends to avoid this place after I had originally raved about it. Horrible, horrible way to run a business. I left irritated and unhappy for no other reason than this woman lying to me and not even having the decency to let me finish talking first. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you take money from people."
"Lots of affordable items especially replacement glass for hurricane and glass globes for light fixtures Good selection of furniture for projects They do take donations and do pickups"
"Prices for something’s are so high you might as well just buy new. There are very few things in here that are priced fairly. I used to like this place now I barely go"
"Great store and great prices bought a whole kitchen Cabinet set for less then what news go for .. they are built way better as well"
"There are so many used but amazingly new as well. Very easy to get around and see what they offer in prices. But most importantly how awesome the staff is especially Kim that was working up front and cashed me out."
