"I've taken my dog there twice within 5 months to be fully groomed with nail trim. Come to find out one of her back paw nails have never been trimmed and now had embedded in her paw pad. Bad enough I pay to l them 90 to groom but now I have to add on a vet bill"

"I feed a bunch of feral cats so I buy large bags of cheap cat food. I go to PetSmart when I'm in a pinch for time or need something other than dry cat food because 1) their prices are higher and 2) my cats usually turn their nose up at PetSmart food. Even though I buy the same brands I get at grocery and big box stores, my cats usually leave it for the raccoons, possums and foxes. Sometimes the night critters pass on the kibble too. This isn't a new thing or confined to one store. I've bought unpalatable cat food well over 25 years at different locations. Sometimes a bag is pungently rancid but usually it smells ok to the human nose. However, the cats take a whiff and look at me as if to say 'what else ya got?' I used to take bags back for a refund if the cats wouldn't eat but I don't have that kind of time anymore. I just have to remember that even though I save time getting in and out the store, it's a waste of time AND money when I have to go to another store and buy a big bag of food. I give 2 stars because the people working there are always pleasant and I like to visit the cats for adoption."
