"Had an apointment made 2 days prior. I work graveyard and I need to be home at a certain hour to get sleep. I checked in 15 minutes before my apointment. I waited 45 minutes, from that time, and no one acknowledged me. Five people came in after me and were immediately taken back. I heard them talking how they had two appointments the other stylists had, canceled on them, for the same time as my appointment. They just stood there and talked amongst each other. Never once asked if I'd like to switch my appointment with one of the stylists who had a cencelation. At the 45 minute mark I asked where my stylist was and all they said is they don't know. We will call her. They proceeded to do so and only apologized. Didn't offer me anything for waisting my time, other than an apology and a reschedule. This is not how you do business. There is a reason people schedule days in advance. Because they have their own life and schedule. To tell someone that they are sorry and not offer anything as compensation for waisting their time, when I could have gone a thousand feet and went to a hair salon that actually had openings the day of. It is unprofessional, for such a highly rated establishment. I am a long time customer, but I haven't been there in a while so I figured I would give them my business. Until now, I have never been treated like I don't matter. And that is how I felt. It almost felt personal. Studio175 has went far far far downhill. I will never recommend them again."
