"Customer service is great, but worker did not properly paint/coat my nails. All I wanted was a clear coat hand and feet, hands turned out ok but my feet looks as if there’s no polish on them all except my two big toes. I’m highly disappointed in these results given I only wanted a clear coat and they couldn’t deliver that simple request. I will not be returning back there!"
"Excellent atmosphere, the employees are really nice and will try almost anything you ask them to design. Linh is my usual go-to and she paya extra attention to detail without being frustrated with my pickiness. Prices are comparable to anywhere in town I would say. This custom design I had done today was $57 plus tip, which I considered extremely reasonable. The nail place in the Milcreek Mall charged me $90 for something similar in detail. The pedicures are really relaxing and they have the massage chairs to sit in. All in all it's a small place with a homey feel and a sweet staff. Sometimes fast paced but never unfriendly service, I've always been happy with what I've received."
