"April 2016: 2/5 stars. I love this Famous Hair but this time a woman who never cut my hair didn't know what she was doing and I didn't feel comfortable with her cutting my hair. I'm not satisfied since it doesn't even look like I got my hair cut. I hope someone who knows what they're doing can redo my hair. Update-June 3, 2016: 5/5 stars. After the horrible experience last time, I scheduled an appointment with Sabrina, who has cut my hair in the past. Sabrina is awesome! She carries a nice conversation; she is very professional,; and she cuts my hair EXACTLY how I want it. If it wasn't for Sabrina, I would have left this Famous Hair after the last woman who cut my hair. Update: 2/5 stars. Since covid hit, haven’t been able to get Sabrina and found out she’s not there anymore. I got my hair cut last year and it was so bad I went somewhere else to get it fixed. Went here again recently and once again, messed my hair up. Had a huge chunk of random hair cut in the front. My fiancé and I did the best we could to fix it until it grows out. Not too happy and won’t return again."
