Reviews of Sacrificial Lamb Kabobs & Wraps
"Delicious food, generous portions, friendly people. I ate at numerous high-end restaurants in DC, and the food served here is at least as good as any of them. Highly recommended! *This is primarily a take-out place, and there is only enough room for maybe 4 people to sit and eat inside. There is also patio seating if weather is agreeable."
"I had the goat because the meat comes with bone-in. Simply delicious. Also, I usually don’t don’t the naan bread, but I’m so glad I did as it completed the dish."
"I have eaten here maybe five times now. My Favorite dishes here are the chicken and spinach (saag), and okra. _---------- The food is good and the prices are affordable. I tried it as takeout last night for the first time and I ordered chicken and spinach for $12, eggplant for $10, and a chickpea side for 5. Omar was very nice... And even substituted coconut milk for cream in one dish. They have free delivery. So this place is a downstairs Pakistani dive and although there are a couple of tables, people generally get takeout or delivery. Doordash pickups were coming in and out as I was there so it's definitely popular. Best for the hot sauce, it's pretty hot and dense and a bit bitter."
"Shut up and go here. Took me back to curries and biryani from India. Absolutely fantastic food. Great portions and value. Owners and cooks are sweet as can be. Wish I could eat here daily"
"Delicious. Seriously delicious. Chicken biryani and tandoori naan. Price is incredible for the enormous portion and that flavor— wow. Spice is flavorful, little touch of heat. Like a little love tap for your mouth, nothing over the top. Much more mild than a standard “buffalo wing” type heat if you need a common point of reference. As soon as I opened the box and could smell it I was totally sold before even taking a bite. Got takeout (obviously from picture) and the place is totally a little dive but so worth it if you’re wanting some Indian/Pakistani. Rating it 5 for atmosphere even though I wouldn’t dine in as a destination because from the first second you see it, it just oozes authenticity and they have very courteous staff. Looks like they offer a cash only daily special too—today the options were butter chicken or a vegetarian option."
