"DO NOT GO HERE. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE OVER THE PHONE, AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IT WAS DOUBLE THAT HALFWAY THROUGH DOING MY HAIR. IT LOOKED NICE AND I LIKED IT WHEN I LEFT. TWO DAYS LATER WHEN I PUT IT UP IN BUN, I NOTICED THAT THE TONER DID NOT TAKE ON ANY OF THE UNDERNEATH HAIR. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO ASK THEM IF THEY WOULD PLEASE FIX IT, THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO GET IT FIXED. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. THAT IS SUCH BAD BUSINESS."

"I thought the price was really high for just a short cut/color. (And I'm new from a Philadelphia suburb where things are much more expensive.) When I went back to look at the site, I noticed no prices were listed. Why not? Unfortunately, the cut made my hair really frizzy, and the color was off. Terrible cut, and the profile was really unattractive. Ugh. Plus, I put enough quarters in the meter for two hours, which I considered to be way more than enough time. It wasn't. I came out to find a guy giving me a whopping $30! parking ticket. I told him I was new to Erie and put enough money in for two hours and please reconsider. He just smiled back at me and walked on. So I basically spent over $200 for a super-disappointing experience."
