"I'll start with a positive note. Your stylists are very nice however your corporate structure is awful. You charged my card 2x for a gift card and now your system can't provide proof that the transaction was refunded?? Now your mistake is tying up $60 RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Not cool. For the record your employees were very nice but your company structure for solving issues is horrendous. i'm probably going to file a report with the BBB unless I hear back from someone and my money is returned immediately. You have no contact number and the store manager said she didn't have time to get to it yet but would provide proof of the refund but couldn't as she was busy. You also don't give your employees the ability to access that information at the store on the POS. She suggested that I write a review on the app? i scan the qr code on the business card she gave me and it doesn't work on an android. She was very nice about it and did everything she could but your system is awful. Now your mistake is going to tie up 60$ until you refund the transaction. That can take days!!!! I think it's ridiculous that your error is now my problem."

"Went in for a haircut. I had made an appointment for 2pm and even arrived 10 minutes early. The 3 workers were all busy with other clients so I sat and waited. At 2:15pm I'm still waiting and I hear them say they're going to take another person back because their appointment is at 2:20pm. I speak up and say something and they ask did you have an appointment. Yes! I also checked in with 1 of the people working nearly half an hour ago at this point. They take me before the other person and the entire time I'm getting my hair done I feel like the lady is rushing. I get home and I wanted to cry when I saw my hair. It looks choppy and even after styling it it's not what I wanted. I will not being going back there and I highly suggest not going there unless you want to feel like you're nothing. As a paying customer who made an appointment I'd like the person to slow down and take their time. Now im stuck with a cut I don't care for and a headache from how rough she was."
