"I called in and was accepted the same day which I was super grateful for! I wasn't, however, completely satisfied with my style. I asked for 2 strand twists and loc maintenance and the retwist was great except my 2 strand twists were tied off at least an inch-inch in a half from the ends of my hair making my hair appear shorter. Also the middle of my strands were still very fuzzy. Those are my only qualms. Other than that the ladies did a great job squeezing me in last minute!"
