"Not the best experience. I would go with a different business next time. Sales team was more about making a sale than helping us find what we really wanted. Delivery was less than pleasant. I was told 9-12pm delivery window night before. Got a call at 830am and was told they would be leaving my mattress by the trash if I didn’t answer my door….No one was at my door. Called dispatch to let them know the situation come to find out they had all the info for my delivery mixed up with another delivery. For all the calls and e-mails about delivery it was very unorganized."

"My mother ordered 2 queen size mattresses and paid an extra 40 dollars to have the old mattress removed. When they delivered the mattresses they refused to take the old mattress away. They didn’t come in wearing any masks yet proceeded to claim that because of COVID they could not take the old mattress away. They did however offer to help my mother and my aunt (who are both physically unable to carry a mattress)carry the mattress and set it directly outside the door. Not even down the stairs where the trash pick up is. However one of the TWO MEN would only do this if we had gloves for them. This was an absolutely horrible Experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone. This was the only stain on the entire mattress and it was just a wine stain."
