My experience with both my original frontal install and my 2wk maintenance reinstall were both comforting and felt like I wasn’t rushed or anything. For my second appointment she dyed my wig and I had made a mistake in regards to prepping for the maintenance and she didn’t make me feel bad/cancel my appointment because of it, she simply just explained the error I made for future reference.
