Saatva

"My wife and I had a good idea of what we wanted before heading to Saatva - that helps, because there are less mattresses to try if you know what you aren't looking for. We only needed to try about 5 mattresses out to decide on what we wanted. The staff was very helpful in telling us about the differences between the mattresses, and expediting the sale once we decided which was the right mattress for us. One bit of advice: if you have pillows you are currently using and like, bring them - it makes testing the mattresses easier (if you try a mattress with an uncomfortable pillow, you may mistakenly think the mattress is the problem when it really is the pillow). My rating is based on our buying experience. I can't comment on delivery, or our happiness with the mattress at home until we get it here."

"I'm trying to return their mattress and they said someone would call within 2 weeks to schedule a pick up date. Awful service. Come pickup your garbage mattress. Over priced and not worth it at all. Spend your money on proper companies that know and understand mattress. I have attempted to contact their service department multiple times."

"We ordered a bed online from Saatva and we could not be happier with it. It’s great quality Andy parter and I have been sleeping like babies in our new king mattress. I’m not going to remove a star, but the company that Saatva used to do our white glove delivery wasn’t great. There was nothing white glove about it. The delivery people threw our new mattress out of the truck onto the ground. They did have some tight corners to get around and almost didn't get it in. They got it in, but then they left the trash from the delivery behind. Despite the shaky delivery, I would still but another Saatva in a heartbeat."
