"Great staff and company. We wanted to customize a couple Haworth Fern chairs and the Haworth website was limited. We saw a youtube video that recommended this company. We walked in a bit after hours but a designer was kind enough to give us a quick run through. She helped us connect with Peter via email and we received swatches/samples right away. It was really easy working with him and the rest of his colleagues to get the perfect home office chairs. When we had an issue with the headrest on one of the chairs the warranty and replacement process was quick and seamless. Highly recommend this company!"
