"I’m putting a 1 star because the first time I called to inquire on braids for my young child’s hair, the women who answered the phone was very short, rude & almost sounded bothered that I called. She wasn’t clear on a price, so I avoided altogether. Well I called back recently to inquire on loc repair for 3 locs i needed reattached, this lady told me $50 for something that probably would’ve took her 30 mins or less to do. I come to google & read her reviews & it makes all the sense. Even the way she responds to the reviews shows the unprofessionalism & lack of accountability. Being a hair dresser is energy transfer, it’s sacred & I wouldn’t dare let her even look at my hair after seeing the poor customer service. I called other salons & they’re offering to charge $25-30 to repair my 3 little locs which is far more reasonable. You’re way in over your head & you need to retire if you don’t know how to handle customer service & then charging unreasonable prices when there’s other ppl in the area that do the same thing as you. You’re in Hagerstown not Dc or Atlanta where those type of prices make sense."
