"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I recently moved to the area in December. Bought a serta mattress from them. The first mattress had a very PURGENT chemical odor. I called them immediately to notify them. I was told to air it out and use baking soda and to call back in a week if that did not work. It did not work. Basically had to beg for an exchange. I finally get an exchange after 2 weeks and the second mattress that was delivered had a chemical odor but it wasn’t as strong as the first. Immediately notified them again and tried the same route from the first mattress but included baby powder this time. The mattress still has an odor. I am in the process of trying to receive a refund but everyone from corporate refuses to return my calls. The store manager is here is absolutely awful and has been nonchalant the entire time. I hate I have done business with this company."
