"EDITING TO ADD: My husband did not buy without my consent… so lying seems like your M.O. Secondly we do not want to keep the product as it’s worthless. My husband even offered to drive it to your place of business for a full refund. So AGAIN with the lies. I would leave zero stars if I could. Not only are the products cheap. The owner Simeon is extremely RUDE and has terrible customer service skills. The process of getting a refund after return is impossible and he will try every way possible to not give you your money back. Next step is reporting to the BBB."

"If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a 15 drawer cart from these scammers and they sent the wrong item. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with their customer service department. When I got in touch with them they said I can return the item (the wrong item they sent) for a fee of $30. Their customer service is terrible and there is no way I would ever buy anything from them again. Save your money and do not buy anything from this company."
