"I have been to this store many times over the last 7 years and will probably never come back. The attitude and lack of attentiveness is shocking. I would recommend anyone shopping for electronics to visit Micro Center in Parkville. Much nicer staff and prices, as well as generally a much better selection. If you must visit a Best Buy, the Annapolis location tends to be a bit better."
"This store is a shinning example of why brick and mortar stores are dyeing. Best Buy has always been overpriced and still is. We went here because my friend is impatient and didn't want to drive to micro center to get an actual good deal. Our trip would have been faster if we would have just driven the extra 15 minutes to get there. He wanted to get some memory for his computer so we walked to the very sad area of the store that had the memory. We could not find help. He went to the front of the store 3 times over 27 minutes (I timed it) to try and get help. No one ever came. He finally went to a different counter and got some help from a guy who was playing on his phone. I voted to just leave but he insisted that we were there so we should just buy the overpriced memory. Besides the horrible service half the shelves were empty and the place looked trashed. Boxes were in the wrong place and stuff was just laying all over the place. Seriously just drive to micro center or have a little patience and order it online. This place sucks."

"I used to like this location quite a bit but never again and I do not recommend shopping here at this location. The last several orders I've had over the last 2 months have constantly gone through and then 3 hours later I'm told they don't have the item in stock and I either have to cancel the entire order because I do not want it shipped OR change it to another location entirely. I can understand this happening sometimes but this is a constant thing here. My most recent order was a game and xbox. Paid for both, got order confirmation and waited for them to be ready for pickup. YET AGAIN part of my order is not in stock at this location so I say screw it and transfer both items to be picked up at a different location because I don't feel like wasting gas and time driving to two separate locations and all of a sudden my payment method is no longer valid despite my purchase going through and being told half my order was originally ready for pickuo. Do not shop here. I constantly have to contact support phone, also useless, to fix my purchases so that my reward points and total protection plan is properly applied because nobody in this store ever does it right. And the ONLY person who is actually capable of fixing the constant issues is the store manager. The associates genuinely have no idea what they are doing nor do they care and the only time issues get fixed are if the manager is there. As much as I appreciate his business and kindness, his employees are awful. Please go to a different location and save yourself the headache!"
