"The rooms are pretty decent but they don't have smart TV so no streaming and the toilet seat is too tight and keeps trying to shut when your using it. Otherwise it was nice and clean. Front desk staff is very helpful and nice."

"Clean rooms at affordable price, with proper HVAC and other facilities. Well behaved staff and semi flexible room renting opportunities. The only change I wish they would make, is to make the last shuttle of the day be at 11 at night."

"We checked in and the room seemed fine. After going to dinner, we returned and went to the hot tub (we called ahead to make sure it was open and functioning). While the pool area was clean, the hot was out of service and tepid. We returned to our room and pulled out the sleeper sofa so our kids could get to bed, and found a pair of boxers in the bed. We called the desk and since they were understaffed, they asked us to either come down to the front desk for a new sheet or wait for the shuttle driver to come up. We were offered a room change but it was so late and we needed to put our kids to bed. The driver brought us a single flat sheet instead of bedding and then we had to both wait for more bedding and clean up the boxers and the dirty sheets ourselves. During the night, the AC was extremely loud and the room would not cool down. The next morning, the man at the front desk asked how our night was; I calmly told him about the boxers (didn’t even mention the other discomforts) and he used the phrase, “I don’t want to say that you’re lying, but…” and then blamed us for not asking for a room change. He ended up giving us $20 off our bill (which is very little in my eyes, but it was at least something). It was very uncomfortable to speak with this person and I was made to feel like I was not supposed to voice any problems. We will not be coming back and we will be telling any friends and family to avoid this establishment and look elsewhere."

"The hotel is close to all amenities as well as the airport. I dealt with the front desk manager Rishi , he managed all of my asks with patience and understanding. I appreciated his customer service very much. The price was very good."

"Clean facilities convenient for our needs. Typical breakfast offerings, quiet. Was disappointed that didn't have any USB ports in the room, and the lamp shades were cracked... but the bed was comfortable, room and linens were clean and a reasonable price."
