"I had a bad experience at my last place and I was hopeful to try because there were some good pictures here. I will definitely never come back. The place was so dirty; I should have turned around when they sat me at an absolutely filthy table. The acrylic is done over the edges of my nail, but the paint doesn’t cover the whole nail! The edges of almost every nail has unpainted sections. The job looks really sloppy, some of the nails have little spiky bubbles in the gel, and I’m overall really embarrassed and disappointed. I’m an anxious person so I didn’t say anything and I just left, but I’m disappointed beyond belief and had to try not to cry. The color isn’t even close to what I asked for and I just am so sad."

"I've been a long time customer here at Us Nails, since they practically first opened. Phil and his staff have always treated myself as well as EVERYONE else like your more than just a customer. They take very good care of you and since I'm differently able it's amazing to see that level of care and compassion at all anymore. Although they were busy they made sure you were attended to without rushing you through. Mike did a great job with my nail art and it was so impressive the amount of detail and skill he was able to do since my hands shake. They also have very low prices especially compared to everyone else. I've been not just a customer but over the years a friend. They also made sure that they want above and beyond to protect everyone during this new normal of covid. I would strongly recommend them."
