"I have tried different salons but have become a regular at this salon. I always have an amazing experience here and leave LOVINB my nails. David did them today and he was not only super friendly but ensured I loved my nail shape and color. I’m almost hesitant to leave a positive review because I don’t want it to get super busy! Haha but really if you want super kind nail techs who do amazing work, swing by Le’s nails"
"I hate leaving negative reviews. I had a 2 pm appointment and didn’t have service until 2:45 pm. During this time, I sat with my feet in cold water, without a bubbler or a heater, waiting. After someone finally started working on me, they left my station two different times for 5+ minutes at a time to do something else. When the person returned, he was clearly rushing. There is nail polish on the skin of 7/10 of my toes. My nails were not filed or shaped, and have sharp edges. Finally, my toenails are not even fully painted. There is naked nail exposed on half of my toes. Please see attached photos. I had an appointment, waited forever, and then when I finally got service it was incredibly rushed. Everyone was very kind; unfortunately my experience was very negative as a result of the result. I wouldn’t have cared about waiting if my toes were painted nicely at the end. They were not."
"Kim is an amazing nail technician. Before coming to Les Nails my gel nails lasted less than a week and a half. Since Kim has been doing my nails I have transitioned to dipping my nails. My nails are so much healthier and my dip lasted almost one month. I'm a happy customer!"
"Back in June, I stopped here on my way to check myself into the hospital in Annapolis because I was no longer in remission. I needed a pick me up and wanted to feel pretty one more time before the biggest fight of my life. Sonny and the guy at the front desk treated me like absolute trash beneath their feet. They were the most disgusting, vile nail technicians I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’ve never felt so small. I didn’t look my best coming in, I was sick. The way Sonny did my nails, didn’t pay attention to details, cut corners, and sent me on my way was insulting. When I asked him to clean up the edges a little, he gripped my fingers so tight I cried. I asked to leave and not fix them, I went to check out and said I cannot in good faith pay for the service and the guy at the front desk mocked me and called the police. I asked for the owners number and he refused. I waited until the police arrived and the police explained that not paying was theft. I told the police I will pay if I am given the owners number, and they facilitated the exchange. I sat in the parking lot and spoke to the owner as the front desk guy screamed at me ‘nice try’ and ‘you did did good’ and the owner was absolutely polite, apologetic and accommodating. He offered a refund and to drive up in an hour and personally re-do my nails. At this point the shame, stress and already exacerbated illness prevented me from staying but the acknowledgment was appreciated. The first thing I wanted to do when I got better was tell my story. I will never walk through these doors again. Sonny and the other guy should not work again until they receive empathy and communication training or even just not work here at all. They damaged the brand with their awful characters. To employ these two is a disservice."
"UPDATE: Have continued to go to Le’s to see Rose and have yet to be let down! Not posting regular colors, but added the blushing nails Rose wanted to try and in love! I’ve been to Le’s Nail Bar three times so far. The first for a pedicure for both my husband and myself. What stood out to me and will keep me coming back were my next two visits with Rose! I did a dip manicure for the first time and Rose did an amazing job with the nail art I wanted both times. She is kind, gentle, patient, and super friendly. The rest of the staff is also super sweet and welcoming. Would 10/10 recommend. This nail salon will be my go-to moving forward."
