"Don't believe the 5 star reviews! They gave me a price of $50 less for a couch, not including $100 delivery fee When I told them I would pick it up myself, they told me there would be a $50 charge for the delivery of the couch TO THEIR STORE! When I questioned it, they said if you give us a 5 star Google review, we will knock off $25. I should have walked out! They called me a few days later because magically, they had an opening for 'free' delivery. The delivery people were nice enough, but they said they weren't contracted to unwrap the furniture or take the wrappings with them. When I refused delivery without unwrapping and checking it out first, they left me with the mess. Just know that these reviews are deceptive and fake!"

"I've had this loveseat for not even two months and a screw came loose off of it, looked underneat to find it was stripped with the support hinge hanging off of it, only one screw on each side for both recliner mechanisms when they're clearly supposed to have two."
