"We loved the York store! All the staff was very helpful! They didn’t bombard us and answered all our questions. It was hard to make a choice because we liked 3 of their couches there. We can’t wait for our couch to be delivered this Friday!!! Their prices were very reasonable especially compared to some of the other furniture stores we visited in the area. We will be back! Jackie"
"So Stephen was great as was the young lady at checkout. My problem is that when I came in we discussed 0% financing as well as the 20% promo going on and as we walked through picking out furniture, that was what we used as a pricing guide. Then as we went to check out, the 20% off promo went away. This was a very misleading way of selling to the customer and turned out to be a roughly $2k mistake. I’d like to see some type of compensation for this misleading sales tactic."
"I went into the store to look for a chair for my mother. she has trouble walking long distance so I was doing the leg work. Salesperson Chevelle showed me about 6 chairs that fit what I was looking for. She was very helpful. I took pictures and my mother picked out what she wanted. Delivery was within 5 days and the delivery person, Derrick had that chair in the house and unwrapped in less than 10 minutes. great job!"
