We were indecisive between the manual set or power so Tom went through the different prices with us and explained the warranty and delivery options we had which helped us tremendously since we were payment cautious. He gave us time to talk privately and answered all of our questions. At the end after our purchase he even introduced us to the manger and the cafe which was a nice touch. I will definitely be going back to see Tom in the future."

"Flimsy construction, cheap fabric, not durable. Bobs furniture will not last over one year. I have to tell you that I am so dissatisfied with the quality of the furniture, it's horrible, the fabric is thin and not durable. The construction is flimsy and will break easily. This, furniture will not last at least two years. This was truly a hardworking financial investment. Also, the chase & couch does latch onto the connecter piece"

"You may want to look elsewhere for furniture. Have a couch the memory foam cushions have flattened out. Contacted the service department asking to buy new foam for the cushions. Nope, can't be done. So I guess I need to shop for new furniture elsewhere. Definitely not there. Buyer beware. Update during our purchase, we purchased the goof proof warranty, I guess it's not so goof proof we were denied. Our warranty will not cover it they said because we did not know when it was damaged. Under any circumstances do not purchase from them they do not cover any warranties not even the extended warranty."

"We had a very positive experience shopping and purchasing furniture at Bob's in York PA. Our salesman was Dwight A. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about the furniture. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and answered our questions without rushing us or hovering over us as we shopped. We ordered our furniture on December 1st and it was delivered on December 12th on time as promised. The white glove delivery service was a positive experience as well. They communicated, and did everything as expected. Put the furniture together, set it up where we wanted it and took the boxes packaging material with them. The main guy was Harry and he had helpers. All were professional and courteous."
