"I have been with them for over a year. All of my negative accounts are all charge off's. There are 2 collections on my credit report. One of those collections has past South Carolina 3 yrs. Staute of limitations. The other collection is a sold account because the creditor zero out the balance and no longer has the account. Now all through the video that Brandon made. Don't pay collections or charge off. Why hasn't my credit been satisfied at this time. I had to call the person whose helping me a million times that the collections has passed the statue of limitations in my state."

"I’ve been a customer with awesome life for about 6 or 7 months until just recently canceling my service. My score went up 100 points however, I had 3 different agents over 7 months and the communication was terrible. Prior to canceling I reached out to the 3rd agent that I was assigned to find out what the next strategy was and I got no response. I was willing to be patient understanding that the credit repair process takes time but, I’ve paid 1000 smackers and I find it very unprofessional that the communication was severely lacking. I don’t believe that this company is a scam however, probably could have taken a cheaper approach."

"Update at the end. I watch Brandon Weaver on YouTube, his videos are great and helpful, but after using this service for a couple of months I would not recommend. I only had 3 items that I needed assistance with and the company drags out the process of sending letters to collect more money from their clients. That has been my experience. It would’ve been cheaper for me to pay collectors as opposed to using this company. I would not recommend using them unless you have a lot of items you need assistance with. I am waiting to be assigned someone new to manage my account and depending on how that goes I will provide an update. There’s a chance it’s solely the person assigned to my account. UPDATE: I was able to speak with Penny who was very helpful. She heard my concerns and really made a great effort to rectify the situation. They understood and refunded me. Due to how they resolved this I see they care about their clients and are trying to help."
