"Ive been a member for over 15 years, Called about a late fee that I was hit with TWICE, $30 dollars a piece. I was told they could not waive either fee even though its through the same charge. The crazy part is they don’t even pay for the charge after hitting you with fees. Now I owe $85 dollars.. For this to be a credit union I thought they would atleast waive 1 of the late fees. Facility says "organized". Exterior and interior. Since my visit was approximately five minutes, I cannot add any other details at this time."

"This is the absolute worst banking facility ever. Do not do business here. They charge fees above and beyond they post items largest to smallest so if you happen to have a mistake instead of 1 OD fee there are 5. They just charged me an OD fee and I'm not overdrawn. I deposited cash into the ATM at their branch and it's not showing up. Absolutely the worse customer service. I'm switching after 6 years of being a customer. No more yes people do make mistakes, forget about an automated transaction etc. But to be charged 5 OD fees and they won't reverse any of them. I'm done."
