"The service at Sam's Club is getting worse! I had a curbside pick-up order and the pickup time is between 9am and 10am. When I arrived at the place at 9:15am, the order was not ready. I went to the customer service to check it. The lady there told that the pickup time between 9am and 10am means that the order is ready before 10am and it is not 10am yet. "Awesome Explanation"! I went to cancel the order with the manager. From the App in his android phone, I saw that the order needs to be ready by 9am. I also noticed that none of the items in the order was picked at that time. I bet that this order would probably not be ready by 10am."
"I've always had good experiences here. When we got catering - it was great. Very good selection of baked goods. Fresh food. Great roasted chicken. Prices are high & increased, like everywhere else."

"Basically a typical Sam's club. Everyone is already where it is a membership style dog food/goods warehouse. Seems all of the employees here doing very good job. Carts are always stocked, lines are always short. I did however larim recently that they do not accept good rx for the pharmacy. So that may be a deal breaker for many people. Needs to be a big fan of the hot dogs at the cafe, I don't know if my taste changed or if they have changed the recipe. Still okay, just not as good as they used to be."
