"I went here about a month ago for the first time and it was great! I was super attached to my old place before I moved so this was huge for me! I got my eyebrows threaded and they looked great after and not too thin at all. 10/10 recommend."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR WAXING SERVICES. I'm still in pain ten hours after receiving their service. I told them I wanted a Brazilian but wanted to keep a landing strip. She suggested using the sugar method so I said sure...she didn't know how to properly do it, so she said it doesn't work on me. I'm used to hard wax anyway...so no problem. She was very rough, the most painful waxing experience I've ever had. I have bruising from getting waxed and I've never experienced that before. It's super embarrassing to look at. She proceeded to cover half of the top part in wax when I told her I wanted to keep a landing strip...she just said it's too late, she's already applied the wax and removed the hair before I could ask if there was a way to clean the wax off to do it right. Now my landing strip is incredibly crooked and also embarrassing. The application of the hard wax was rubbed on so hard while the wax started to dry, it hurt so bad. The whole experience felt like she was ripping my skin off. I had to keep looking down to make sure I wasn't bleeding. She also got hot wax all over my arm when she was turning from the bowl to apply to my nether region. I don't normally like to leave bad reviews, but this was just too much. $60ish+tip that was not deserved for a nightmare experience."

"Hands down the best eyebrow threading and wax place in the city! I have had multiple positive experiences here. Stuti is very skilled and talented and every time I get my eyebrows done with her I receive many compliments and leave feeling fantastic! Krishna provides speedy and excellent waxing services and the staff is generally very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend their services."

"I almost wish the tint didn't last as long as it does so I had a reason to see Krishna and Sumana and all the other friendly people at Brow Contour. I have been a loyal client to Brow Contour after they branched out to Eastern Market from the original "Silky Smooth" located in Dupont. Since 2016, I get my lashes and brows tinted and brows threaded every 4-6 weeks on a Sunday afternoon. Always greeted with a smile, and usually I don't have to wait long. And even though it's weeks in between my visits, they always know how I like it, which dye colors and how long to leave the color on to get my desired intensity. I feel so comfortable and relaxed I nearly fall asleep every time while the eyelash tint is working it's magic. Next time I'll get a before and after picture."

"I visited for a lash lift and tint, and Krishna did an amazing job. She also threaded and tinted my eyebrows, which I’ve never had done before. The salon was very clean. They have you sanitize your hands first thing on arrival, using a station with a foot pump so you don’t have to touch anything. Then they take your temperature, and use a body sanitizer, which is a handheld machine that mists sanitizer on your body. I’ll be returning for sure!"
