Loan really knows her way around the scissors and it was great talking to her. The hot towel at the end adds an extra touch to the salon experience. "I had been going here for years but the quality has dropped off. It’s been several haircuts in a row where I have given very simple, specific instructions on length and they were not followed. Instead I was given a generic haircut way shorter than requested. I will not be returning again"
