Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen 5151 Indian Head Highway, Oxon Hill, MD 20745

"The manager was rude, wouldn’t fill my 7/8 dollar Mac and cheese to the top. Given 3/4ths of what I paid for. I need it to be known. Stop cheating people out they money. It's not cheap or affordable in the first place. For 7/8 dollars it should be filled to the top and the manager shouldn’t have an attitude about it. 7/8 dollars is a Whole meal somewhere else. Let’s be clear. The Line is already around the corner. People are already waiting 30/40 minutes because they are slow not because their service is great. This why people don’t come to this location. Ghetto! All the other Popeyes I go too fills it to the top so I won't be back since it's a problem. It's my favorite side on the damn menu but I am not paying 8 dollars for that. I'll go to the other one down the street."

"This is the best popeyes I've been to in a while! They weren't out of anything, their service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. The manager that was training today, 9/28, definitely runs a tight ship and the food reflected that. I live across the street from the Landover Popeyes and I'd drive all the way here to get food before I ever go back to that one!"

"Meals/ Specials/ Deals as advertised on their menu are "unavailable." We ordered the 12 piece meal as indicated, and when asked about the number of large sides included, we were told the menu was wrong and that the meal was unavailable. I feel robbed... We paid $47 for a $38 meal. We will not be returning here again."

"Shut this place down!! The customer service is terrible! I asked for 2 sandwiches, cashier rings up one. I say I wanted 2. Go to pay for the 2nd but it won’t take my card because it’s a duplicate transaction. You think she had customer service skills? No. She says well I said spicy chicken? That was her response. Now I’m giving my dinner to my child while I eat nothing. Thanks a lot Popeyes!!"

"I went to this Popeyes in Eastover shopping center to get their special which was 10 pieces of chicken 2 large sides and 5 biscuit for $25.00 . When I got home I found 3 pieces of the 10 were half of breasts.. yes that’s right they cut breast in halves and called that 2 piece. What was very upset with this . For one it was not a mistake . And Two they thought I would be so dumb I could see it . But the worst is I called customer service. They told me the store was going to contact me but they never did . So I called customer service again and they tried to tell me they called . But why customer service couldn’t just refunded me instead of having me go to an uncomfortable situation with this establishment. It’s was evident they did not care."
