"Spent the weekend at the National Harbor and decided to have brunch at the Silver Diner. It was packed, so we waited about 20 minutes before a table was ready. The place was clean, and our server Naleen was friendly and attentive to our needs. The food and drinks were excellent; good portions. It's definitely a great place to eat no matter the location."

"We had dinner at this place! Seated on the bar area! Had Rib Eye Philly steak sandwich with fries, half chopped Cobb and Fried Brussels sprout with Blue Moon beer and Grandma’s Pink lemonade! Food was good! Servings are appropriate, but the service was really really bad! Order take too long to come and the server constantly asking if our drinks were already served? ( we are seated at the bar where they do the drinks, dont they notice that our table was still empty? ) Bill took forever to come , we even ask the server twice for our bill! Also I would like to add in that they should have do something on the ribe eye sandwich like put sandwich paper or parchment paper on it so it will be easy to eat, eating it on the way how they serve it on the plate is a bit messy! Plus the price serves on me was like the crumbs of fries left on the bag it doesnt even seem to reached an inch long!"

"Best chicken pot pie ever! Chicken soup was hearty and perfectly seasoned and came out hot. Great service, my wait time was under 4 minutes and my server Nykia was very polite and friendly and checked on me often. I saw the manager, Kabita, helping guests at their tables and was working very hard to make sure customers were happy and helped with customer requests even when she was busy and the restaurant was packed. I appreciate that high level of attention to customers needs from the Manager in the dining room. Great job to the staff and excellent job to the manager Kabita. I recommend the flavored ice tea if you like tea and the peach flavor was surprisingly the best peach tea I’ve tasted. First time customer and can’t wait to go back now. Love the local farm provider concept."

"Everyone was super nice despite the super long waitlist. Once we were seated after, waiting an hour (when they told us it would be 20 minutes) our waitress was incredibly nice even when all the customers were yelling at them. We told them we were in a rush and they tried to make sure we could place our orders right away to ensure it would come out on time. Definitely gets busy on weekend in December with the Christmas festival occurring. They have gluten free French toast, which my nephew throughly enjoyed all three times he came! I got the gluten free coconut pancakes which were so so good!"

"Great time talking with Kayla at the bar, she was very friendly and had good recommendations. The pickled chicken and french toast was so good. The side of sauce it came with was so good. I think it was a sweet jalapeno chili flake sauce. Best old fashioned in this area I could find, espresso martini was good also. Prices are average for this part of town."
