"Many people spotted us as soon as we arrived, yet none of them said hello or acknowledged us. They seated us after I made the extra effort to speak with an employee, and it took them roughly twenty minutes. I know it's hectic, but at least thank your patrons and inform us of any updates. Later, an older man was sweeping directly in front of us while pushing a loud cart; another customer also complained, but nothing was done. We requested water when we placed our order, and although our food was brought, we didn't receive it until almost finished—and that was only because we reminded a girl who had passed by."

"So, apparently this place REFUSES to take phone orders. You either have to come inside and place in person or online only. This particularly sucks if you have cash only and want to avoid texting and driving. I get there in person and the waitress was RUDE AF. She begrudgingly took my order and then shorted me on my change. A line was forming of people who wanted to pick up their orders and she was rude to them all too! I decided to sit in my car because it was clear that the vibes were terrible. I go back to get the food and the waitress really had the nerve to ask about a tip. I told her that her tip was the rest of my money that she didn't return and walked out. At least the food was prepared without onions as requested, but somehow it was still cold when I got it. Just do yourself a favor and skip this place."

"They had some new menu items, of which I tried. The biscuits are a great idea, and the ingredients filling them are good, but my main critique is that the biscuit needs to be cooked to a more 'done' temperature. Fortunately, it wasn't doughy, but with all the toppings (I had the chicken and hash browns), it was soggy and falling apart, and I wasn't even halfway through it. I suggest the biscuit be cooked longer to hold up to the toppings, and the hash browns also be cooked 'well done' so as to not be falling apart within the biscuit. I would also suggest putting it on the side or excluded completely. It is a good-sized meal, so continue coming up with different variations."

"As soon as we got there multiple people saw us but never greeted or acknowledged us. It took them about 20 minutes and they sat us once I went out of my way to approach an employee. I understand if it’s busy but at least acknowledge your customers and let us know what’s going on. There was later an older man sweeping right on top of us with a loud cart and another customer complained about it also and nothing was done. We ordered our food with water and they served us our food but we didn’t get our water until we were nearly done with our food and that’s only because we reminded a girl that had walked by. The service was ridiculous the food was okay. We will never be back."
