"This place never seems to get an order correct or in a timely fashion. Tonight i ordered ahead for pickup thinking id give it a try one more time. It took 20 minutes past the time I was told to pick up my food for it to come out, and even then, the queso that was supposed to be on my fries was replaced with melted shredded cheese. I would be understanding if it was busy, but there are a total of 7 people in this entire restaurant. 20 minutes late on an incorrect order. You’re better off just driving to the Pentagon city location."

"Everything was great! My husband and I brought our four kids in after being out all evening. The staff was busy, but still very helpful. I am not a fan of ordering using the code on the table, so if you don't like that make sure to tell them you'd like to order with a person when seated."

"We tried this restaurant with one of my friend. We where thinking it will probably be one of the best place to eat wings, WRONG Honnestly the service was very long, and on top of that we order 30 wings who take 20min to come and not even hot... just warm kind of cold... the wings looks like bad frozen wings, I can buy better frozen wings at trader Joe's. There is 2 good points the sauce and all the tv with different games..."

"Our food and order was crazy from the beginning. They didn’t bring what we ordered. The lemon pepper wings we ordered dint have the lemon zest with it. It was just pepper wings. We ordered a strawberry lemonade and we watched the lady make it and she picked the lemon up with her fingers AFTER she had been playing in her hair, playing in her face and on the phone. We asked for it to be remade without the lemon and she fussed and proceeded to make several drinks and take order’s instead of fixing the problem. FYI it was not busy."

"I have only been to Buffalo Wild WINGS twice in my life. The first time made me love the burgers and chicken tenders. But this second time disappointed me. The service was excellent, the place was empty and it was very cold."
