"Great service and i love my nails! I got Gel x for the first time today and so far, i love them! I got them done by Savannah and she also provided my pedicure. She did a great job with both and took delicate care of my thin nails. I was a walk in, today and was seated immediately. It started to get busy after I arrived and they gave everyone realistic timelines without over booking and gave great care to everyone that I saw! I loved that we were offered water, tea, etc. it may be helpful to have some sort of menu so that newbies know what kind of beverages or things are offered. Overall, a great experience and I plan to return!"

"I’ve been going to Nail Haven for a year now and have went to one nail tech, but ended up sticking with Timah. My natural nails have grown tremendously and are extremely healthy. Timah is professional and knowledgeable about nail care and health, and talented; her personality and energy are a plus! Each experience tops the previous experience, which says a lot to me. The customer service with Timah and all staff, to include the receptionist is exceptional. The manager, Mia, is often present when I have appointments and she is just as professional and kind. The proof is in the work, Timah does not miss (see pictures)! The fact that this is a black owned salon is icing on the cake for me. Timah and Nail Haven have a solid client in me."

"Decided to give Nail Haven a shot after visiting the shopping center on a few occasions. I made an appointment online and when I arrived, they told me the nail tech was behind a few minutes. A few minutes was 30 minutes and when I sat down for my appointment the technician was completely unfamiliar with the nail soak, which is listed as the salon’s specialty. One week after my dip manicure, one nail completely ripped off when brushing my fingers through my hair. When I stopped in the salon to ask if it could be fixed, they said they couldn’t accommodate for over two hours. It has been less than two weeks since my manicure and 2 more nails have ripped off when running my fingers through my hair. As a result my nails are very brittle and painful. With plenty of other options in the area, it’s safe to say I won’t be returning."

"Tarese always does a great job on my full sets very neat and the exact way I want them, Tina is the only one I will let do my French tip pedicure she’s so sweet and gentle, and the whole staff is very welcoming I will always recommend"

"I always have such a great experience at Nail Haven Odenton. I typically see Winnie for Apres Gel X, but have seen a number of different folks for my gel pedicures and dip manicures. Winnie is so professional and kind and is incredibly talented. I love GelX bc it offers nails when you want them, and hassle free removal when you don’t, with no ridges or brittle nails underneath. The Nail Haven team is professional and most of the folks doing the work do so with care and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!"
