"I had never gotten anything waxed before, but I came with my boyfriend who swore by it. I always shaved but I always thought it was such a hassle - I had to do it twice a week, and he waxed once every 4 weeks. He sang praises for Liz, so I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. I haven’t missed an appointment and actually look forward to them, because it’s so much better being waxed! Liz was so kind, she explained everything to expect and answered every question I had. She chats with me the whole time which takes my mind off of it and makes it go by way faster. Of course it’s a bit painful, but it’s not as bad as I had thought it would have been. Stephanie at the front desk is also a hoot, she’s fun to talk with while my bf is at his appointment and really takes the edge off. The water and snacks are also a nice touch! I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area."

"I was tired of EWCs practices and I’m glad I took a chance and tried this place out. I worked with Kerri. I’m not sure if this makes sense, but this was the most comfortable wax I’ve ever had. She was gentle, but still quick and effective. The reviews here are true. The facility is very nice and clean. It doesn’t feel as “cold” as some franchise wax salons I’ve been to in the past. The location is easy to find, and there’s plenty of close free parking. I highly recommend Doll Wax."

"First visit and won’t be my last. Starting with the front desk, Stephanie is a rock star! I called last minute before a trip and she got me in that day. Liz, my esthetician, was wonderful. I haven’t waxed in quite a while and she cleaned me up quickly and with minimal redness, and no pain! Thank you ladies for creating such a welcoming and professional environment."

"I love coming here. I’ve been visiting this location for the past couple of years. Every visit the staff is extremely friendly and kind. I went here for my first Brazilian (while pregnant!!) and the person providing me with that service was also nice but for my subsequent waxes I did go with someone else. I’ve tried their lamination service at the Croft on location and it wasn’t as hat I was expecting from all the hype around brow laminations online. When I left my brows looked super crazy and weren’t sculpted/tinted like what you would typically see online/on instagram. Instead the ink was left to sit on my brows for additional time at home. Personally it wasnt for me but the other brow services are spot on for my taste! I really enjoy getting brow tints and waxed here. I typically sign up with Maddie but the last time I was there I was able to participate in a training session for a tint/wax service. I was seen by Laci and she did a great job. Laci please believe in yourself I think you have a lot of potential but you don’t seem as confident in yourself! I don’t blame you because you are dealing with eyebrows and you definitely wouldn’t want to mess that up! However you did a great job when I saw you back in August. I 100% recommend giving this salon a try, they continue to expand the type of services they offer so maybe one day they’ll have what you’re looking for as well! Also they are extremely good at getting back to you whether is via email, text, or phone call. The staff is sooo friendly I feel like I’ve mentioned that before but I really want to highlight the customer service they provide"
