"I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and they claimed I never showed them anything. Then when I went to get a refund because the lady told me she would give me a full refund we got there and she started yelling and hollering at my fiancé and I. She says, “ I thought you were a different girl so I said yes to the refund. If we were best friends like her and I you would get more perks.” I would not recommend this place unless you are going to stay committed even if they mess up your hair like they did mine or unless your of color."
"Nice stylist! She started on time and finished within 4hrs of doing my twist. The shop is nice and quaint and she checked on me throughout. Asking if I was ok, comfortable needed to stand. Which made me feel welcomed and at ease. She did a great job with my twist and I will be back again!"
"My daughter went for braids only. Beautician decided to cut her shoulder length hair without her consent. We never returned. Very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend. Owner never apologized."
"I had an appt at a neighboring braiding shop for 8am. When I arrived, there wasn't a braider to braid my daughter's hair. It was now 9:30am and I was still waiting!! I called Philo and she said to come in. My daughter sat down immediately and was done in a timely manner. Hair was beautiful!! I will be going here for now on!! 5 STARS!!"
