"The overall experience was really nice. My only issue is that I noticed when my feet were being scrubbed that it felt extremely rough and painful. I should have said something, so that’s on me, but I’ve never had this happen before when receiving a pedicure. I now have 2 blisters on my foot because of how hard it was scrubbed. I may give this place a second chance, but I am still blown away that this happened."

"I've come to this salon for years and I never complain about anything ever! I'm only taking the time out to write this over how my mother was spoken to when she was trying to understand why acrylic wasn't taken off her nails and the overall experience that I haven't had since I've moved here and started coming to this salon. They were very by the "book" and kept insisting that it's not their fault that she didn't know what was on her nails when she had powder put on her nails without her knowledge. I guess they expect customers to be just as knowledgeable as the techs that are licensed.....Instead of letting her know that acrylic was still visibly on her nails they still painted over it where you can still see it and only let my mother know until after. They're the knowledgeable nail techs and their only excuse was "It's our policy we just go with what the customer says" ...These are nail techs that see nails everyday, there was a better way to go about this. Who paints over acrylic on natural nails? They know that made no sense. It's sad that i've come here for so long but I will never be coming back and will take my business elsewhere. After all of these years and money I've spent here this was unacceptable. It's also not good to come during a busy day, they will rush through your service and look visibly frustrated. I witnessed how the tech doing my mothers pedicure was very rude to her when she asked a question about the pedicure treatment. If you still continue your business here be sure to monitor the bill, I always have to make corrections and monitor it because they will add things in you didn't get a service for and I almost ended up paying for something I didn't get if i hadn't said something. I know they will disagree with my review or have their own opinion but I still paid the full tab of the service and this is my honest opinion as someone who has come here for years, recommended friends and family to come here, and once again I NEVER have complained until now but I will not be coming back."
