"I’ve been here before without any issues but I was booked for Kerry for the first time. I came 10 minutes early to my appointment but waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. She was styling a family member, she took her time, and did not acknowledge me until they were checking out despite sitting in her view the whole time. Hair was cut shorter than we agreed to and she left shampoo in my hair after washing it. I had to ask to rinse it out. Not great. Homa & Kasun are worth visiting since they were very considerate and styled my hair well but not Kerry for a first time appointment. Not sure why the robot thinks this is a 5 star review. It’s a 2 in this visit alone"
"We go here for some quick cuts. The last hair stylist, Alicia, cut my daughters hair and loved it. So I had to have her do my hair!!"
"Let me start by saying they TAX on their services. i wouldn’t have a problem paying $51 if i enjoyed my service and my cut was well done. She cut off about 1-2 inches off my “long hair” which for the record is medium length and not thick at all. Online the services say starting at $32 for a cut and blowout which i understand can change depending on thickness and length but $20 more is a crazy difference for the work that she did. #1 she didn’t part my hair like i asked her to before she started doing layers ??? what do you mean you’ll do it “when you’re done” ??? it’s supposed to be the first thing you do!!! so now when i part it like i usually would it’s all uneven. #2 for $51 i couldve left my hair all chopped and blow dried the same exact way she did, at home for FREE.#3 my face frame looks a MESS and is so uneven to the point i have to keep cutting strand off everytime to make it look more even. #4 one of the workers there was real ignorant and nasty to the other workers while the store was filled with customers. One thing for certain is i will never give my money to this place again. I’m so upset about my hair and all the money i spent here, very unhappy with how it looks!"
