She was absolutely amazing. She listened, was easy to talk to, obviously, was very familiar with the core mission of the company, was very gentle and overall an amazing experience. I have set up my next three appointments!!! And it should be said, that the young ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming, helpful, and kind. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at the front of house. To the point where one young lady recommended a hair product, that I bought the same day, and it was very helpful. they’re well-trained, give amazing customer service, and if I were still in a hiring position lol I probably would’ve tried to steal them lol"
