"Bang N Jen came highly recommended by a loyal customer so I finally got the chance to give them a try. Excellent customer service, the entire team is personable and easy to talk to. I usually keep my AirPods in when I get my nails done but the team and clients are fun to engage with. I asked Bang to be creative with my nails because I couldn’t think of a style and he did an amazing job. I could not have described the beautiful fall artwork he created myself. All of the technicians are extremely talented and can do any design from simple to complex art, I watched a few customers leave happy. Prices are reasonable, spa is accessible, sufficient parking. I will return."

"first photo, you be the judge. the lady was honestly rushing on me i felt like and not paying too close of attention. never had this happen before at other places. my nails look so crusty and shaped weird. her shaping was terrible. they were supposed to be almond but they were cut slanted to the side almost! and more round than pointy as well. my first time there and i won’t go back, the quality was so bad and i spent over $100 and tipped her. but i really hated the outcome and had to wear them until they grew out so my money wasn’t wasted. the second photo with open hand, is where i got them re done in NY."

I have gotten my nails done here by Bang, Jen, and Maryann, and all 3 times I have been, I have gotten amazing nails that matched exactly what I was looking for. All you have to do is show them a picture of what you want, and they can re-create it perfectly. They are so amazing that I had them do my wedding nails, because I knew I could trust them with the most important day of my life!! They are always very prompt and don't leave you waiting, and everyone at the salon is a great conversationalist. I will never go to another salon to get my nails done except for this one!!"
