"I bought a product and later realized it was 75% used. When I went to return it, the woman at the register and her manager wouldn’t let me because of the fact that it was 75% empty. They were also super unpleasant about it as if I was trying to steal this $14 product despite the fact that I’m a diamond member. I reached out to customer service and they apologized profusely, refunded me immediately, and assured me twice that the manager would reach out to me but she never did. I also want to add that the product was self tan which can not be tested in the store so they clearly put a return back on the shelf and then told me I had to keep it. Not happening lol"

"Victoria needs to be FIRED! I’m a frequent shopper who spends TONS of money in Ulta every time i come in with an issue it’s NEVER resolved when she’s there. I was given false information by an associate and instead of her honoring it and apologizing for and correcting the mistake she was very dismissive and matter of factish about the incident. Safe to say customer service/ the customer gets the benefit of the doubt is out of the window with her. Her mannerism and ways of being is very distasteful. Hell you’d think she owns every product in the store with the way she acts. I’m very upset by this. Sephora would NEVER treat a customer this way."

"Called looking item before going was told they had the item in stock when I got there they only had the largest size out of 3 sizes they sell. I ultimately wanted the medium size one, which they did not have after driving 35 minutes to this location so I left this location and ended up driving to the Arundel Mills location who actually had the size that I wanted to buy."

"Oh a serious note, you all need to have a store meeting to discuss possible profiling. I went on here to see if anyone else experienced what I have experienced today and I’m just one of many. First, I am a retail worker with years of experience and so I’m very familiar with protocol. If I say “I don’t need help” or if I’m walking away from you, please do not continue to follow me and force yourself upon me or initiate more than what I asked. As a retail employee, I KNOW this is to keep an eye on the customer because you gained suspicion… WHEN there wasn’t a reason for suspicion. If two or more of you all are in the same aisle as me (when the store is big), please do not crowd around me. This is for one of the managers by the way. I’m a whole federal employee and would be comical to risk my whole freedom for a bottle of lipgloss. Btw, I’m also a black woman too so let’s tally up the comments and see how far we should take this."
