"I have come here 5 times and the other 4 experiences were good. I had a very different experience today. I made an appointment for an acrylic full set with gel polish on my natural nail and the nail tech I had today seemed to be in a bit of a rush to finish. When she said she was finished with my nail, the shape of it looked bumpy and crooked. I asked to file it down to make it even but she said it was supposed to be like that. I just wanted it evened out but she seemed to just be in a rush to get it over with instead of trying to make it look nice. When she tried to fix it up for me, she started putting on the cuticle oil before I could even check the finished look of my nail and I felt very pressured to leave. My total came out to be $70, which one of the costs was a reasonable $10 for removal of my previous nails, but an extra $10 for a messy french tip. I have not had such a negative experience at a nail salon… I always go for a little pick me up from a busy week, but today’s experience was really upsetting and disappointing. I’m not sure if I will be going back :("

"Updated Review 1 week later. I got these nails done for prom and at first I thought they looked nice. Then I realized when I got home the ends weren’t even painted white. Shown in the added pictures. I also got a small cut on one of my fingers from the lady doing my nails. The pictures of the nails from prom looked good far away but up close not so much. I’m disappointed in the quality after the cost and amount of time spent in the salon. I will definitely go elsewhere."
